Affairs of the Heart

I've had a lot of interesting situations crop up this week, so it's going to be interesting to see what was going on in the sky at that time.

Last night, I went out with a friend/former co-worker. We went out dancing and I've always enjoyed his company and valued his friendship. The interesting thing about him is that he has the Moon at exactly the same degree of Capricorn that I do - 10 of Capricorn. He's a Cancer, with Aries Rising. He's a bit of a lady killer. Super athletic and very handsome (not out of the ordinary for someone in my field, however). But we're great friends. Or so I thought. I'm an Aquarian. Can you see where this headed?

Towards the end of the night, he revealed that he's always had very deep feelings for me. That he feels like he can be himself with me. We kissed. He said he felt sooo lucky to be with me.

This is a disaster, because I do not want to hurt this man. He's a really cool person. I really value his friendship. I'm not into him in this way. Anyhow, this is not what I came here to discuss, but I wanted to see what was going on in the sky.

Interestingly, the Mercury retrograde was conjunct his natal Mercury. Transiting Mars at 19 of Leo was conjunct his natal Venus, which perfectly trines my natal Venus/Neptune conjunction. Actually, transiting Mars would have also been sextile my natal Pluto and square my natal Uranus singleton in Scorpio. I just realized he also has natal Jupiter at 20 of Aries... which is also trine my Venus/Neptune and trine transiting Mars and his natal Venus.

I think transiting Mars hitting that spot where all our planets interact had a lot to do with all of this coming out.

Transiting True Node and Chiron are also at 20 of Aquarius, also coming into play with all those planets, natal and transiting at 19 and 20 degrees of all those fire and air planets.
